Opening in Hackettstown
Hackettstown, NJ - Brothers Chef Bruno and Chef Frank Pascale are pleased to announce the newest of their creations; the opening of Marley’s Gotham Grill in Hackettstown, NJ. Back in 1989, both were the main operators of The Laughing Lion restaurant in Dover, NJ and although it’s not in the same location, the Pascale brothers had a desire to make full circle and return to their nesting ground but this time in nearby Hackettstown.
Prior to opening the restaurant, passer-by’s might have noticed that Marley’s Gotham Grill Restaurant was undergoing an intense revitalization. Since it's opening, it is quite evident once inside to notice all the renovations that took place, now making it one of the most comfortable dining establishments around for lunch or dinner. In addition, in its short time open, Marley’s Gotham Grill
is becoming known for the many specialty dishes of which owners Chef Bruno and Chef Frank use authentic recipes to create dishes such as; Marley’s Ribeye Steak with mushrooms & onions, or Marley’s home-made burgers stuffed with one’s favorite cheese among many others. One cannot leave the restaurant without trying Marley’s Favorite Treat which consists of layers of funnel cake and brownies topped with ice cream.

INFO on Chef Bruno and Chef Frank Pascale: These brothers are not new to the world of fine eating establishments in New Jersey as they have owned or managed several before; the Laughing Lion (Dover), NJ, Mad City Café & Grill (North Brunswick), Ristorante IL Porto (Sparta), Zucchini Grill (Wharton) and Café Z at Rutgers University (New Brunswick). Chef Bruno graduated top of his class from the Culinary Arts Institute in Jersey City, NJ and the New York Institute of Dietetics. He has had his own cooking show called The Mad Chef and Entrée’s of Excellence. Chef Bruno also owns and operates a personal chef service called “Chefs in the House”. Chef Frank has an impressive list of accomplishments as well. He had specialized training and on the Dean’s list at the Culinary Institute of America in NY,; worked in impressive establishments such as in the Pan Am Building, Lincoln Center, Avery Fisher hall, Metropolitan Opera House, American Museum of Natural History, Forest Hills Tennis Club, NY State Theatre, Sea Grill Restaurant and others. Chef Frank is affiliate and active in Epicures of Wines, New York City Food Shows, etc. Both are certified members of the American Culinary Federation.
